"I use the wegmans app pretty much every..."
I use the wegmans app pretty much every week for groceries, and it’s been a lot smoother than most other store apps I’ve tried. It’s easy to search for what I need, the pickup updates come through quickly, and it doesn’t randomly freeze or act glitchy like some of the others. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Good quality, but it gets pricey"
The quality is nice, and I don’t really have complaints about the product itself. The only thing is the costs start adding up faster than you expect, so it doesn’t feel like as great of a deal after a while. I also wouldn’t count too much on customer service if something comes up, because I’m always a little skeptical they’ll actually be helpful when you need them

"Shockingly Easy Parking, Imagine That"
Every time I go to wegmans, parking is actually easy, which apparently is too much to ask for at a lot of other grocery stores. There’s always plenty of space, so I’m not stuck circling around like I’m hunting for treasure. It makes the whole grocery trip way less annoying, honestly.

I was expecting the return to be a bit of a hassle since that’s usually how these things go, but it was actually really easy. The refund came through quickly too, which is always a good sign in my experience.

"Fresh food every time, as far as I can remember"
I’ve ordered from Wegmans a few times now, though I’m already mixing up which order was which, and it’s been good overall. The food has always shown up fresh, the produce looks nice, and the meat quality has been solid. Nothing has felt cheap or like it had been sitting around forever. So far, or at least from the last couple orders I can remember, I’m happy with it.

"Super easy grocery pickup"
I placed my grocery order on wegmans, it was really smooth. I found everything I needed quickly, the pickup time was ready when they said it would be, and nothing was missing, which was a nice surprise. It definitely made my week a little easier.

I’ve ordered a few times now, and the deliveries have always shown up on time. You don’t have to worry about waiting around or wondering where your order is, which is really nice

"Good order, but the app is still annoying"
I ordered groceries through the app and, they came out fast. Everything was packed right, nothing was missing, and the pickup part was easy. My only thing is the app itself is still kind of annoying to use, like it freezes and makes you tap around too much. It’s just annoying. The groceries were fine, the service was fine, but the app really does get on my nerves

"Smooth checkout experience"
I used the Wegmans.com checkout today, and in my experience, it was painless. My cart updated right away, and I could clearly see the totals before I paid, which I always appreciate. I also liked that the pickup times were easy to choose instead of being buried somewhere. Payment went through on the first try too, which is basically all I’m looking for. Nothing super fancy, but to me, it worked the way a grocery site should. Definitely less frustrating than some others I’ve used.

I mostly use wegmans.com to check store hours and set up pickup before heading over. I’ll admit, I wasn’t expecting to rely on it much, but it has made it easier to avoid the really crowded times, especially on weekends. The store can still get busy, of course, but at least I can plan around it a little better and get in and out faster. The site has been straightforward too, so I can’t really complain. 5 stars.

"The loyalty perks actually come in handy"
I usually use wegmans.com for my regular grocery orders, and I’ve got to admit the Shoppers Club deals do help. The digital coupons are easy to clip, and it actually shows the savings without making me dig around forever, which is good because I’d probably miss half of them otherwise.

Reordering my usual weekly stuff is painless too. Prices and perks are clear enough, checkout is simple, and while it’s not flawless every single time, I can’t really complain too much. Blame them for making it easy, I guess, because it does save me time and a few bucks

"Helpful for Gluten-Free Shopping, but I’d Appreciate a Perk"
I use wegmans.com often for gluten-free and dairy-free items, and it’s been really convenient. The filters make it easy to narrow things down, and they usually have way more options than my regular grocery store. My orders have been accurate every time so far, which I definitely appreciate. Since I shop through them so much for these specialty items, I do feel like a discount, reward, or some kind of compensation would be a nice bonus. Overall, I’ve been really happy with the experience.
